There is no money back, after you have received information, because you have paid for the research. However, if the information is not what you requested we will correct this for no additional charge. We aim to provide you with a service you are satisfied with.

WE DO NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE-We give you information only so you make decisions based on your options. We are not solicitors so we do not give advice. There is no charge for calling, once you explain your issue you will be given a cost for helping you to the next stage. If you are in a dispute we can help to settle without court action. If you cannot settle we can help you issue a court claim. If you need to go to court for a claim or a defence, we can help you with that as well, (see our section on attending court).
